"You get what you pay for....It is cheap but we find that the service is hit and miss. When checking the line, it can ring for a long time before it connects and I have also been hung up on before speaking to a call handler. "The people that answer the phone on our behalf often sound moody and take details down wrong but overall the service is great. The customer service is amazing. (as in when I have a problem and need to speak with account manager etc). Good at blocking sales calls."

It's pure luck whether the call handler answers quickly and coherently OR one that doesn't know what time of day it is or worse does not answer the phone at all.
