"fiddley to pay for and to set up. inflexible in the type of messages taken. no auto credit for cold calls, so you have to constantly mess about trying to get credits for cold calls. I had one customer write and say how rude the message takers were. so ok. but not great"

"I have been using this system for a while and I have to say it isn't the best but probably not the worst. At times the messages are very mixed up and I don't feel the call handlers instill confidence in my clients so they call me on my mobile which defeats the point of using the service."
