"Had First Fence take down an old fence and put up a new one several years ago. It looked fine, but this year my handyman was staining it and noticed it was wobbly. After some investigation, several of the posts weren't sunk in concrete they're just in the ground, so they're rotting and making the fence unstable. Not cool."
