"The service over the telephone was superb, polite, helpful and courteous. Only real issue was the documents the finance company required. Some were very difficult to produce as I was due to start new employment. Please remember also that all people may not have access to printers and scanners. The delivery of the vehicle was on time and the driver polite."

I have experienced a few difficulties getting him on the phone but staffing may be low due to the current pandemic situation, I suspect this is making things more complicated for business. The sales agent Mr Jack Cook as been very helpful during the sales purchase, I found him to be knowledgeable about the item I was interested in and tried hard to fulfil the order.
