"Good service. Clothes cleaned and folded nicely. They picked up on time, but communication before drop off was lacking. I messaged them for two hours with no response, but the clothes did arrive before 10pm as planned. However, it was quite stressful not knowing if they would show up or not, as I had to leave hotel by midnight."
