"Outstanding service at excellent rates. LaundryTown picked up all of my clothes at my hotel concierge at 8AM and returned them perfectly laundered and wrapped at 10AM the following morning, for a small fraction of the price the hotel would have charged. "EDIT: Judging by the response below and the other reviews it appears I just got unlucky on this occasion. Saul was easy to deal with over email. Clothes came back so creased they were unwearable. Process also quite awkward. So far below the quality of a similar service I used in Chiang Mai. Shame they don’t operate in Bangkok too."
