"Was supposed to receive a quote for an acid wash and change in pool lighting. Tech never showed I was told they got caught up and they would be there five hours later. When I called to follow up they said "they won't be able to make it." If this is how they handle quotes I wonder how they would have handled the job. Disaster avoided."
