"HORRIFIC SERVICE. Wouldn't use again if someone paid me to! Paperwork indecipherable with no guidance, helpline suppled just rang out for a whole week, spoke to a manager on the phone finally asking for help and she was so angry, rude and patronising. I'm sure their personal legal services are fine, but as a free legals provider for TML they are dreadful - everything takes forever, they won't answer the phone or emails, there's no communication or visibility of the process and they're prone to careless mistakes."
