"If I could give Zero stars I would!!! the worst solicitors I have ever deal with, re mortgaged through Natwest back in April, mortgages still not complete even though Natwest released the funds back in June!! none reply to emails, phone calls and Rude staff in the contact centre, they should be struck off! Ive now had to contact the ombudsman service."

"DO NOT USE.... Shocking service, impossible to speak to, they are so outdated that the phone line just rings and cuts you off, no queue system. Dont acknowledge complaints so legal ombudsman has been informed now. Seriously how can a massive banking organisation like Lloyds banking group use these as part of their service."
