"Worst place to order a pizza. Takes more than 2 hours to deliver, takes 1 hour to get through hotline, and customer service officer couldn't give a care to help. Order if you enjoy waiting indefinitely and being on hold for 1 hour to get zero information from nonchalant call center staff."

"Very poor service, disgusting service. Ordered pizza at 5:45PM, expected delivery time was 6:17 PM. After an hour the order is still processing, then I called customer care. Customer care told it will take another hour to deliver. Two hour for pizza delivery! Even a third class shop can do better than that. Worst service ever"
