"Went in for 5 mins and waited at the counter but the person just kept loking at the screen and didnt evem asked whag u want or say wait a minute. waited there longer and he just left. sometimes, qhen i ordered alr and evn thiugj there isnt much people , it still takes forever for the pizza to come. very disappointed."

"Worst customer service! When I ordered my pizza it said that it will take 20 mins but actual delivery of the order took 1 hr 30 mins... really worst customer service the pizza served was as cold as bread... I highly recommend not to order pizza from this store."

"Good pizza but NOT environmentally friendly! Even if you order for dine-in (not take away) they will serve you the pizza in a cardboard box and if you ask for, they will add plastic fork/spoon and paper plate. Why not just serving the pizza on a normal, washable plate?"
