"Extremely long wait times even for pre-orders. Pizza for 7:45pm, if you go there at 7:45pm they’ll ask you to wait an hour or more. Someone else who ordered at 3pm for 7pm pickup also had to wait. Refund hotline is swamped."

"It is really disappointing that on Christmas Eve , I ordered the pizza oat 5:20pm, and the pizza is not yet arrived 2.5hrs later .
