"the service here is horrible. i tracked my order online for self collection and it states that it is ready but when i went to collect it, there was so much mix up over a couple pizzas, it wasnt ready even after an hour of waiting. the service is really bad and this isnt the first time this has happened."

"Cheese 🧀 Explosion Pizza is great when eaten hot. The cheese explodes and melts in the mouth. Sending a last of cheesy favour to the senses. Take the pizza while it is hot. When it is cold, it just tastes normal."

"Rating should be a big fat ZERO instead of 1 star. My order was delayed by 30 mins, despite ordering 1 hour in advance. At the outlet, there was NO manager & NO person fronting the counter. "Ordered from 7:45 pm through food panda. Waited until 11 pm as the store is not answering calls. By 11 pm, it showed that the order has been delivered but we never received anything. Charged $45.16 for the food that we never had. Food panda's support solution is for us to contact the store again by the following day. It means, we wasted time for nothing."

"I mk an oder tru online fr a promo package using the coupon. I stated der collection time at 6pm@ 21/01/2021.. n ur staffs simply told my son dat its not even prepared yet..
