"Very nice & sympathetic. Much less chaos that the Apple store. They honor Apple care (but unfortunately we didn't buy it when we got this Mac book ) They replaced the screen and had it back to us in a couple of days. If you need repairs not up-selling come here."

"I had an emergency need to fix my bulging laptop battery on my MacBook Air. They were able to fix it within 24 hours! Faster than their estimate. The price was very fair. Taking it to the apple store would have cost more and taken much longer. They did a great job. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"
