"After literally spending hours with customer service, the problem is still not fixed. This morning I have waited for a response to my chat inquiry for more than half an hour (the auto-response promised an agent would be with me in 5 minutes). Totally expected this transition to work seamlessly and it has been anything but."

"I despise it! I'd rather use the Quickbooks for Mac over this. And I do not enjoy that one much at all. If someone feels that they need to have the online version vs the desktop version due to having access from anywhere - I would discourage them 100%. And find another way to make the desktop version work for them."

"Only use for UX. — What do you like best? It's a nice platform for the user. Clean, and professional looking — What do you dislike? Higher prices, poor customer service, very hard to understand backend UX — Recommendations to others considering the product: Expensive fees and bad support. Better for invoicing than recurring..." "Comparable software available for free online. — What do you like best? The online platform makes it easy to use, but I have found several free options that offer the same features, without the monthly fee that quickbooks online charges. I stopped using it after a terrible experience with customer service along with the other options available...." Read more

"I would not recommend, it was more work then help. I installed this to better track spending and make adjustments to budget as needed. Within the first two weeks of having it I had to re sync it multiple times because it didnt properly update like it was suppose to. The kicker was on week two when I went to log in and it took down my computer. It wouldnt log..." Read more

"Completely abandoned the use to revert to QB desktop, and have had no issues other than Intuit starting to nickel and dime add-on functionality (e.g direct deposit services for payroll) which is all included in the QB online offering. Clearly they are pushing clientel to migrate to QB Online, without realising that it is completed disfunctional and people ar..." Read more

"I dropped this program after one year and went back to the desktop version. Although it is convenient to access your files from anywhere, I found it very confusing and difficult to navigate."

"Could be improved. — What do you like best? I like that it pulls info from multiple accounts into 1 place — What do you dislike? I hate that it doesn’t allow me to directly invoice due to my business type. I have to purchase a separate program for invoicing, another for processing, then use this for banking. — What problems are..." Read more

"I run a small accountancy practice and some of my clients use QuickBooks online. As a QB Gold level ProAdvisor, I have used the online system for about 3 years. I find their system robust, their training generally excellent and their support terrible. I am actively persuading my QB clients to use other options. Over the last 6 months I have had a number of..." Read more
