"Don't do it!!!!! If you are using the desktop version then keep using it until Quickbooks stops producing it and then transition over to another product if the online version is not up to speed by then."

"I do not find that for me there are any benefits. The ability to access it from anywhere is the strongest most valuable part of this software. Customer support via the chat option is remarkable. 95% of the time you can chat with customer support and solve your issues or ask questions and be able to move on quickly."

"Too many hoops to get help. Asks to send 6 digit code several times a week. Slows down work when you have to wait for a text or email to get code to use the same computer everyday. Customer service is poor at best. Signed up for payroll service and it was a nightmare to get going. No very happy with Quick Books Online."

It depends who you talk to, and you could be on the phone for hours. "There's really no advantage at this point of taking this software into the cloud. It's too slow and lacks most of the keyboard shortcuts of the desktop version. Maybe with future enhancements, it will improve on speed."
