I recover an instant text message (and email) where I can view and assess the importance of calls so I can decide a convenient time to call back. Also looks like I've got a receptionist to incoming callers!!! Great."

"I have been using this system for a while and I have to say it isn't the best but probably not the worst. At times the messages are very mixed up and I don't feel the call handlers instill confidence in my clients so they call me on my mobile which defeats the point of using the service."

"This is a great way of obtaining a back office for a small outlay on each inbound call. It is also good to have a land-line as part of ones office even if this land-line is not a direct part of your own organisation. Lastly, the land-line is an 020 number rather than 0300 or similar so appears to be part of ones own organisation"
