"Great service however I sometimes hear my customers have been transferred to voicemail. I divert my calls from a virtual IVR and calls need to be accepted or can be rejected. It's here they sometimes get sent to voicemail. Overall though they are great."

"We use this as an overflow, or to answer calls when nobody is in the office. However, I would estimate that 9/10 missed calls do leave a message, which I don't think would be achieved by a voicemail. Messages are accurate, delivered very promptly by email and there is the opportunity to mark callers as sales calls and block persistent callers."
