"Diapers are great, but service is perfect. I accidentally changed size from medium to small and received small diapers instead that I actually needed. I just sent them a letter and they immediately sent me a new box of medium sized diapers and allowed to keep small sized too. So, I was so happy I don’t need to go post office to meme a return."
