"10 stars for customer service. I've reached out a few times and have always been more than impressed with how the company treats their customers. The diapers are soft but we did have issues with leaking. I reached out and was sent the next size up to see if the bigger fit and more absorbcy helps. I really do love that they back their product."

"The diapers are great, absorbent and well made. I do wish they had some kind of marking to indicate the size as I have two kids in different sizes and it’s hard to tell the difference in the diaper bag. Also, the usability of the DYPER app is poor and makes it difficult to manage subscriptions."

"The diapers themselves are great. Absorbent and well made. I do wish they had a marking of some kind to indicate the size. I have two kids in two different sizes and it can be hard to tell the difference in the diaper bag. Also, the usability of the DYPER app is poor. Makes it hard to manage subscriptions."
