"I like the service and the fact that the diapers are composted but I am always confused about when pick up is. I get reminder emails but it would be helpful if the actual pick up date was placed in the email. Also, I was sent a bunch of stuff (dyper bag and wipes) that I didn't need. It's nice having them but I didn't need them."
