"Customer service is great, diapers are simple and clean and I feel good about using them on my baby girl. My one complaint is that they are more expensive per diaper than other brands. "I wish I liked these more. They are not as soft as some. Have a bit of a funny odor when peed in, and unless you pay extra for the pickup service (which they are already 3x Huggies price) they go to the landfill and don’t decompose there either."
