"Last Dance只剩回憶,餐點都太鹹,調味有問題,配置菜色皆為濃厚系吃多道很膩。整體來說並不推薦。 本季餐點都是從以前的菜色修改得來,沒有創意。 最美味的一道居然是從新加坡一路傳承的鵝肝蒸蛋加松露,代表這麼多年來的進步有限,以後的相關新餐廳也會保持觀望態度不會有高度興趣。"

"慕名而來,恰逢十週年紀念菜色,以主廚的餐飲經歷做主軸,一客約$6500,提供冰氣泡水,12道餐點。很失望,食材普通,每道菜只覺得偏鹹,過度的調味,吃不出食物本身的新鮮與美味,12道餐點沒有一道熱騰騰的。不是冷的就是溫的,感覺就是一場空有創意卻華而不實的秀,不是享受美食,而是口味大拼盤。回到家居然還連著拉肚子!到晚上還一直不舒服!"

"大失望,主菜乳鴿的確如部分客人所說,不少人不適應,我想有機制要預付款項超過6000,至少主菜要顧好 不然至少當天再次跟客人確認 是否要選這道主菜 不然不要說米其林 一般中上餐廳都不夠 還是希望江主廚可以維持好品質 不要讓台灣之光美名消失"

"RAW很難訂位,是眾所皆知! 這次透過共享桌的方案,很難得有機會候補上,這也是我一直很期待這次的美食饗宴! 不過在正式進到夏季菜單的第一到#Algae 海藻時就來個震撼教育! 很難想像在二星米其林餐廳可以看到頭髮,但是偏偏就被我遇到… 我還很懷疑的請身邊友人來確認一下我是否眼花了,畢竟在海藻這道菜裏,到底是髮菜還是頭毛,事實證明真的是頭髮!! 隨後趕緊通知服務生這盤有頭髮,不過看似服務生不疾不徐的端進去確認,後來也再幫我換一盤而已。 其實我也不是奧客也沒有因此要去爭取什麼事後補償,身邊友人也跟我說妳別想著這頓餐會因此而免費,只是心裡想著:二星米其林的服務就這樣而已嗎? "原本抱著期望但有點失落 首先餐廳設計風格無話說木頭吧檯很搶眼 再來服務也不錯,也不會讓人等太久就開始上菜 可以讓客人客製獨ㄧ無二的菜單 開始上菜上道第二道滿滿的香菇這道菜 店員介紹水波蛋在最上面,但我們怎麼吃就吃不出蛋也沒看到蛋體 後來跟店員反應他去廚房再出來解釋蛋黃做成醬在裡面了,讓人感覺有點在硬凹 其他的菜色也吃不出來在吃什麼也許吃的是創意吧 再來主菜是烤乳鴿上來時發現有點生但還在嘗試了一口,我的天一股肉腥味在我味蕾揮之不去 結論不會再二訪的店了,價位6000多一人份量都很小,和牛也薄薄一片也許吃的是名氣吧 這次的菜單不是很喜歡🥲"

"相當令人失望的用餐經驗。我們預訂了NT6880+10%的午餐套餐,不得不說食物標準遠沒有媒體宣傳或米其林肯定的那麼好。 我們不覺得所提供的任何菜餚都非常令人印象深刻,而且總的來說味道平庸,有點像是A菜放在B菜旁,分開吃知道是什麼食材,但融合在一起很有負擔,調味上也出現了肉的腥味就是鹹度無法令人接受(例如aged comtè cheese/black truffle/egg York這道、monkfish、wild boar/deer與鴨肉這幾道菜);可以把普通食材變成震撼味蕾口感是王道,可這一餐像是把好食材轉變成普通味道的反差。 唯一可接受的是前菜(frog leg, snails)及甜點的表現,麵包盤需要另外加價不附在套餐裡,這也是令人弔詭的事情,原以為麵包很特別才需要加價,但嚐起來就是台北街..." "餐點很精緻 環境很特別 用餐過程很像在體驗一個故事 但是外場服務男主管(應該是),一直在客人聽得到的範圍,指責菜鳥服務生,影響用餐體驗,要打小孩請關起門來。"
