"Twice after ordering a pickup order and showing up after the recommended wait time, I end up waiting after paying 10-15 minutes only to find my order sitting in the heater cart. If it wasn't done when I got there why was I not alerted when it was done, and if it was done before I got there why did no one check the heater cart, leaving me waiting?"

"I paid $25 for one large pizza and it was bad. Too much cheese, the crust was mushy and tasteless, the toppings were scant. I would strongly urge you to go to Rhombus Guys instead. Domino's or Papa John's would be a vast improvement also."

"Spicy pie has excellent pizza, but this location isn't up to the same standard of service as other locations. It's usually pretty busy on weeknights, but it always seems to be slower than expected. I've also noticed that it can be dirty during busy hours. Still great food though!"
