"After learning about Eastman acoustic guitars several months ago, I began watching the many informative online videos posted by The Acoustic Shoppe. I began my process of narrowing down offerings, settling on the acclaimed Eastman E10D-TC dreadnought. It just wowed me! From start to finish the Chapman brothers and their exceptional team at The Acoustic Shop..." Read more

"A great experience from visiting the store to try various guitars, to ordering my choice on line, and tracking the delivery. It arrived in 4 days in perfect condition. I will be doing business with the Acoustic Shoppe again."

"The guitar arrived exactly as described. It was in excellent condition and fit perfectly into my needs. The only gripe is that the b string is noticably out of intonation as I climb up the neck. Hopefully a new set of strings will take care of this. Very satisfied on this end."

"Powerful tone in this mandolin as I expected. The neck is thicket than my old mandolin that I just donated to an organization in Tulsa. Also I have to get used to the radioused fingerboard . I've been playing it a lot to get some fingertips toughend up!"

"Quick delivery of an Eastman E40-OO guitar, well-packed! Beautiful guitar, so why not 5 stars? It was listed as having a thermo-cured Adirondack spruce top, and while the top is lovely, unfortunately, upon further conversations with both The Acoustic Shoppe and Eastman USA, the top is not thermo-cured."

"Wow. I bought less than $10 worth of picks (no one else had Alaska picks in stock), and you included a HANDWRITTEN thank you card??? Unbelievable. I am blown away, and will not hesitate to order from you again. Maybe next time I'll spend more than ten bucks... ;-)"
