"Nice small breakfast place. Enjoyed the experience at Urban Stream. The one thing I would advise is the "bee's" when sitting outside but that's just part of nature. Other than that, the food was great and nice selection of food and coffee."

"Food, coffee and atmosphere are fantastic, BUT...SERVICE BY ONE OF THE WAITERS WAS THE WORST. He tended to customers around us (literally) and totally ignore my friend and i. Had to go inside for more drinks, and also for our tab. Worst part: the manager defended the waiter...pitiful.

"This little coffee / brunch shop is worth a stop. The latte was pretty good and the French toast as well. The side of bacon was excellent!
I'd recommend asking for any coffee drink with milk at an extra hot temperature, as they heat died much faster than it should of.
All in all, enjoyed this spot."
