"Scheduled date was not correct and the website doesn't have an option to cancel.
The cleaner was onsite for barely 10 minutes, and did not clean even half of the backyard. Total waste of money.
The fact that it is impossible to get someone on the phone and the online portal does not have a way to cancel the service is extremely shady."
