"It's decent, but there are better platforms out there for small businesses. I prefer Xero. I like that they give accountants a free version to work with and practice before accepting clients. That was absolutely necessary for me when I first got started."

"I have used Intuit's former product Quicken for years and love it. I expected that QuickBooks would be as smart as Quicken was. Perhaps the desktop version works better but I found QuickBooks online very difficult to use. My accountant also commented that they are not entirely sold on the online version. Your mileage may vary..."
