"There are a few issues with the online version that really need to be fixed. Setting up employees has been difficult and time consuming. We had the program get stuck and would not let us proceed with setting the tax and vacation rules. Getting help when something isn't working properly is very difficult and slow."

"It does help provide reports that I need in order to file taxes correctly. But besides being clunky and making things more difficult to find, it occasionally changes things around so when you go do something that you've become accustomed to doing one way, that no longer works and you have to figure out how to make it work again."

"I really dislike this product--it might be good for a small business, or for a business that starts out using QBO, but terrible for converting from Desktop. Too slow, too many quirks requiring work arounds, have to contact support for things desktop let you do immediately. I would never recommend it to anyone and regret making this choice."
