"As an accountant I like the ability to log into my clients books and complete work from anywhere although this isn't an exclusive feature to Quickbooks Online. Another nice feature is the bank feed. Also I like the ability to turn a regular check into a bill payment on the fly."

"I would recommend a more flexible program like Xero that has better-developed APIs. For accountants, making journal entries and copying old entries is a breeze. QB does have good accounting controls as well and you can limit which sections of the website each employee can access."
