"Ease of adoption and integration into existing tools is spot on but unless their customer service issues are taken care of, I am afraid it isn't going to appeal well with small businesses who choose Quickbooks to switch from traditional accountants to online ones with the hope that it is easier to contact someone about issues when they arise."
