"Reindeer collected the car in perfect condition, and delivered with the fender misaligned - all documented on paper and with photos at pick-up and delivery; they denied our claim because they could not find evidence of negligence or misalignment on their part, but could not explain how the fender got misaligned... use at your own peril..."

"Do NOT recommend!! They damaged my car and customer service was the worst.
They made two dents in car and refused to admit it despite the fact that the delivery inspection report clearly showed the damage that was not present on the pickup report.
It cost me a bunch out of pocket."

"They contract out the actual shipping of your vehicle to another party. They were not good at updating me on the delivery either. They said it would be delivered on either Saturday or Sunday, then said nothing when those days came. Finally, the 3rd party that had my car contacted me days later and made me wait even longer."
