"Top-loader stuck in drain mode. Brian came out and had it back working in minutes. I had tried unplugging, etc. no luck. I left water in the tub overnight and the washer thought it was going to flood the floor so it went into default mode. "The technician was timely and courteous. The cost for him to tell me why our Samsung microwave died after only being 1 month out of a year warranty was half of what some repair companies would have charged. Unfortunately, he said the relay board needed replaced which would cost twice what we paid for the microwave so we had to buy a new one."
