"Was disappointed as the car I purchased had a small chip on the windshield! I didn’t spot it at the time of buying, the most ridiculous part was, when I called back, they tried to convince me that they were not aware and they even don’t look at the windshield defects! And a chip won’t affect the price for them! Seriously!!?"

"Disappointed with service. Hard to get through on phone/ internet. Initially promised an extended MOT - but did not follow though and MOT runs out with a couple of months. Petrol tank warning indicator light came on as we drove away. No negotiation on price."
