"Absolutely terrible service and rude personnel! After taking my truck in for a safety recall after I made an appointment they didn't have the parts and I wasted my time and gas and went home. The were very rude and they never called me back. No wonder people go down the hill for cars."

"Do not waste your time do yourself a favor and drive down the hill i went down to Toyota of West Covina And I can't believe what I saw on my service recieped. I paid $91 for an oil change multipoint inspection and tire rotation. Valley Hi Toyota charged me for one of my visits close to $200 For the same service."
