Could possibly do a little more to filter out sales calls (people trying to sell us services) but we do only subscribe to the basic service."

"This company does what it says on the tin, they answer promptly and efficiently. They pass on messages by your preferred method e.g. text or e-mail or both. They take instructions via a Dashboard on their website and you can view your messages there too. It is all reasonably simple. The great thing for our business is that it works 24/7."

"Works, very well. When I've tested it myself, the call has usually been answered quite well. If you don't receive any calls in 30 days, you need to phone in to keep your account active, and also if you're outside the UK/EU, you still need to pay VAT which is unfortunate. However, it is a good service and I would recommend it to others."
