"Ordered from this outlet on grab. Rang them up several times due to delay but received dishonest answers on status of delivery. Looked to cancel with them directly, but was kept on hold for more than 30mins and didn't get through. Eventually grab cancelled on my behalf."

"Ordered my pizza yesterday 9 Aug 2022 at 4.10pm. The staff promised that it will reach by 7pm.. Guess what? My order did not turn up at all. The hotline kept put me on hold for close to an hour. "1. Ordered at 5:21pm and should arrive at 6.45pm .Called customer service 8pm and said that order will arrive at 9:30pm but in the end arrived at 10:10pm . 2. Kids happy open the box and all pizza was cold . 3. The drinks are 1 bottle 1.5l green tea and 2 bottles 1.5l coke . The green tea is correct but the coke become 4 cans of 320ml coke ."

"Ordered at 4.30pm for a 7.45pm delivery. 2 hours without receiving my order. Unable to track my order (seems to be conpleted). Called the store and they gave me many versions of my delivery status.
