"Ordererd through Grab at 6pm, and no delivery until 7:20pm, called the shop and tell me will check for me and held the line for 10 mins and hang up from their end; called again and wait for 5 mins then told me have to wait another 45 mins. really unacceptable! this is not first, won't order from any domino's."

"I was informed that I need to wait 45 mins for my order on a Sunday evening before 6pm. The restaurant is empty but my guess is that they have alot of delivery booking. What is the point of having a restaurant with tables/seats but you neglected your walk in customers. Bad management."

"If I could rate it a ZERO I would have done that. Worst place ever. Done in there as we were attending course. Took more than 35mins to get our order done for 3. People who order after us got their order first better to place order in advance. We didn't plan and happen to walk around for food and went there."
