"Went in store just before 5 to place an order for 2 regular pizza n a 6pc drumlets. Was told to wait 30mins to 1hr. Pick up time on receipt was 7.05pm. Went to check and was told 4 more orders before me. Waited till 7.25pm and it was still 4 more orders! What’s the problem? Asked how long more and reply was they cannot give an estimated time!!!!"

"Placed an order at 18:21 for pizza pick up. Website shows no sign of delay while other branches shows that they will anticipate 40-50minutes of delays. When I go down to the shop for pick up at 18:50, they told me that the pizza will take another 30 minutes due to delayed orders with no apologies."

"Terrible experience, counter guy named Maron kept telling customers to be patient depsite orders being placed online and time collection specified. Poor ordering system if cant deliver should have stopped taking orders. Poor customer service, long waiting time and great disappointment."

"Extremely long wait times even for pre-orders. Pizza for 7:45pm, if you go there at 7:45pm they’ll ask you to wait an hour or more. Someone else who ordered at 3pm for 7pm pickup also had to wait. Refund hotline is swamped."

"It is really disappointing that on Christmas Eve , I ordered the pizza oat 5:20pm, and the pizza is not yet arrived 2.5hrs later .
