"No choice but to give 1 star. Paid for pizza and asked to pick up an hour later. When we went to pick up, the food is not prepared yet (will take another 30 min). We accepted the refund, no choice - but it is still not delivering on promises, which is fundamental to doing business."

"Regretful that I didn’t check the reviews before ordering… Placed an order for 2 regular pizzas through Grab at 7.14pm, got a call at 9.32pm asking me if I still want to continue wait for my order. Had to get Grab support to help me cancel the order in the end. Maybe possible to order during breakfast time for your pizzas to reach for dinner…"

"They have cheaper options than other franchises. But, this pizza place really sucks! Tracking on the website shows ready and have to wait another 20+ minutes when I arrive at the restaurant. I don’t understand why do they even set it to ready to pick up if it is not ready!!!"

"Regular pizza is extremely small and disappointing. Their website said that 2 of these pizzas can feed 3-4 people, but one person can easily finish BOTH. The toppings was clearly thrown on the pizza without much care and looks pathetic. Do NOT recommend Dominos at all, stay away from them."

"I placed order at 7.15 pm on Dec 24 . Now 9.48pm still have not received my pizza . Wanted to cancel the order ,called hotline waited for 30 mins but no response. Terrible Service. If you cannot deliver within 1 hour you should at least contact the customer to check if they want to cancel the order."

"Absolute stupidity. These people do not have the courtesy at all to call customers of the change/delay in the food orders. Ordered through online portal at 0850hrs for delivery to arrive at 730pm. It is 9pm and STILL no calls from them. Horrendous and unprofessional services."
