"They lie about EVERYTHING. Bad, misleading website, and complete BS policy about a guaranteed half hour delivery. It's been an hour since I ordered and the status is still 'processing'. Customer service tells me the store 'declared' delays but that info is nowhere to be found. Not sure who the f they declared it to."

"I recommand never come this domino's pizza. When I visited here, only ordering pizza take 15min and then they said pizza only can bereceived after 1hr 30 min. It seem that not trainned staffs sttruggle to make pizza only without organized system. Pizza should be fast food but it was not."

"Because "kopitiam" food court there, food choices are pricey and not nice. The whole place will come alive if there were proper coffee shop. (See fajar and bangkit) Except for Giant Supermarket, the other shops there have no meaning."

"Accepted order but went down to collect was told ran out of cheese and pizza on new years eve. Shld not have even accepted orders in the 1st place. Store Manager was equally usually and unable to handle the situation. Boycotting Dominoes from now on."

"The staff was rude and unfriendly. Gave a FF when i ask for more chili flakes. I have no proof but i think their meat balls is spoilt. All of us who had it is suffering from diarrhea. When i ask if the meat ball sauce is supposed to be sourish in smell he said yes. DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK THERE AGAIN"
