"Don't waste your time dealing with the chaos of the apple store, take your apple device here for repairs. Jesper explained to me that the repair I needed could take several days, but it was done in 1 business day, including ordering a new part. My repair was covered under apple care and there were no issues or hassles and best of all no apple store!"
