"雖然不像台中其他老牌的法式餐廳名氣大 不過這邊的食物低調的很好吃 沒有像其他餐廳很喜歡 使用一些外國進口的高級食材 像是布列斯雞還是黑毛牛 反而是主廚親自去東北角挑的高品質的 台灣海鮮食材吃起來都讓人驚艷 像是小鮑魚或是squid都完美的呈現鮮甜 澳洲和牛有表現出該有的油資豐厚 覺得是慶祝節日或需要驚喜的低調好地方"
