"We were supposed to get our car yesterday but we are still waiting. Nobody contacted us to tell us about the delay or when the car will be delivered. We had to chase to receive our registration number. Our old car is now uninsured so we can’t go anywhere or we have to insure it at extra cost! Appalling service! Don’t use them!"
