I live 200 miles away but he arranged a one-way car hire drop off at my house for £75, so no need to pay nearly £300 for delivery. I look forward to collecting the car in a week's time."

"It was an ok experience until I got my car then it was like I didn’t exist anymore. I rang 10+ times and left messages and was told that someone would get back to me... that was last year! I’ve since moved house and need to change my address with them, still no contact. Over all not impressed and I wouldn’t recommend."

"Very disappointed!!!! Was given a car that was not fit for purpose ! Have a two year lease 5 months in nothing but problems had a full engine re build after 16 months average miles and all they can say is contact the ombudsman no help what so ever terrible customer service would not recommend they do not want to know you afterwards !"
