"Said they would take money to receive a car and that it was 100% refundable. They sold the car and then tried to transfer to another car. I asked for the money to be refunded. Now they're saying it is nonrefundable. I've asked my bank to retrieve the money and shown audio and DM proof. Went to Zuto and didn't get this issue at all."
