"Definitely the worst bank I worked with. The support asked please to cancel my account. My first deposit gonna take 6-8 business days to be available. The worst support I already have from a company. They are extremely rude and don’t care about giving you the support you need."

"I truly didn't understand how the account works and how your only allowed to use 80% of the funding by your physical card and 100% for anything else but after learning how to actually use all the card features.....I LOVE IT. Because although, I was frustrated the support staff was very nice and still helped me solve the issue in a timely fashion."
