"Update after reply: Thank you for your response. May I suggest that you somehow have a human point of contact to avoid panic. It is most disconcerting to find money missing/unaccounted for and then not be able to discuss the issue with a human. I have followed up with the merchant and hope to settle the issue soon."

"I truly didn't understand how the account works and how your only allowed to use 80% of the funding by your physical card and 100% for anything else but after learning how to actually use all the card features.....I LOVE IT.
