"Excellent pasta, friendly service, great model to have choices for both pasta shape and sauce.  Love it and finish my bowl every time I go!"

"This place definitely ain't no im-pasta! Pasta can be dressed up so many ways, but here, it's all about simplicity. You pick your noodles, you pick your sauce, and you're done. You can throw in some meatballs if you like, but there's not much else to add in.I was so impressed with the texture of the pasta and the flavor of the sauce. You can see them..." Read more

"This is hands down the best place for pasta in East Bay, perhaps including San Francisco too (though they have two locations in San Francisco too). Authentic, tasty, and the Berkeley location's interior is great. The staff is wonderful as well."

"When you're craving the comforts of a big plate of pasta, this is the place to go in the neighborhood. The meatballs and bolognese sauce is a classic that can't go wrong. I'm a sauce gal and this spot gave me plenty!"

"Both the veggie & meat lasagna were fresh & full of flavor. This place is great for a casual lunch or dinner. You will be pleased with whatever you order. This is also a favorite of the locals. Buon appetite"

"I consider it a side hustle to find the best Italian food wherever I live and Italian Homemade Co is definitely up there. I've tried the gnocchi with the meat sauce, veggie and meat ravioli, assorted special pastas, and a few salads. I'm obsessed with the buffalo arugula salad and when it's not quite cold enough to post up in my own kitchen and cook bolognes..." Read more

"Had a great experience here! The pasta is fresh and flavorful and you can see them make the pasta right in front of your eyes. The buffala salad is a must!

The employees are also super helpful if you're indecisive like me."

"So riddle me this: AG FERRARI, a beloved brand in the East Bay, who formerly occupied this location - they had a MUCH DEEPER selection of food items, especially sandwiches, and they went under while selling $8 sandwiches. Now this place - basically a private-owned clone - has only paninis with high-end charcuterie, and they are trying to push a TWELVE-DOLLAR..." Read more

"We had the basic bolognese with meatballs. Since I am definitely a person who wants some protein with their pasta it was my only choice for a big pasta meal. My friend was happy, but I didn't care for the sauce, too much of a porky flavor and unappealing spices, and the meatballs were more of the same. So I had gelato for dessert, and unfortunately most of t..." Read more

"I'd read some really positive reviews about this place so we decided to check it out for lunch today.  We ordered a tagliatelle with marinara sauce and a vegetable lasagna.  The lasagna was essentially a solid block of pasta with vegetables and sauce over the top; the block of pasta wasn't even hot in the middle and it was difficult to cut through it because..." "Watch some art with your own eyes: fresh pasta. It's cool how you can see them rolling out the pasta dough next to the cash register and cutting it right there! It's pretty large inside, and you order at the counter and then grab a table. The employee was friendly and took the time to explain how tagliatelle is a thickness in between their fettuccine..." "I had the pleasure of eating here today. Hands down, my new favorite casual Italian restaurant. I can't say enough about the pasta. I had the Tortellini, and it was fantastic. It was cooked properly. Not over cooked like most places. There's an art form to cooking pasta just right. And this place has got it down. I had the Strawberry Panna Co..." Read more
