"The entire Acoustic Shoppe team is incredible, they helped me out so much and took the time to speak to me over the phone whenever I had questions or requested updates on my order and process of getting a guitar that was not very easy for them to get. Great Shipping process, the packaging included a lot of padding and protection, and then instrument when I..." Read more

"Corey welcomed and helped me and a friend out in-store and we got to try a lot of great guitars (Martin, Boucher, Yamaha, Eastman, etc.) that we were really interested in and a lot of that was more high end stuff. I came from Los Angeles to visit The Acoustic Shoppe. I really like the Chapman's Youtube videos and reviews. They're very helpful. I initiated..." Read more

"I am currently enjoying my Bourgeois HOGTOP 0014, and can't say enough to express my appreciation the the team at THE ACOUSTIC SHOPPE. First things first. I was able to see a video and then discuss the purchase with Jonas and Jeremy. It was a pre-order and quite frankly worth the wait. Secondly, they are currently helping with an exchange that will lead..." Read more

"I am always disappointed when I enter the website and I am assaulted with pop ups that delay me from getting to what I am shopping for. Get rid of the pop ups. Otherwise your service is excellent and I would buy more from you except you are always out of stock of the guitars I am interested in buying."

The friendly and helpful staff, Corey and Jason(?) showed me into a room full of mandolins and offered me the opportunity to play several. Ultimately I could not decide between two of them so I left, thought anbout it overnight and..." Read more

Of the four guitar purchases I've made so far, this was the best. They set up my guitar so well it is now my favorite to play. I live in rural Illinois with few choices. I am also left handed,..." "Jonas was extremely helpful and patient helping me choose a new guitar and making sure to answer all my questions. If you're someone who has limited knowledge about guitars (like me) he is happy to share his experience and even play the guitars for you to listen to before choosing."

"The best Online Musical Instrument retailer. I'm over 2,000 miles away and dealing with Jonas was like we were face to face talking. No upselling or hidden charges just straight honest answers. Their "Trial Period, Return, Exchange and Trade-in" policy removes all fears of purchasing an instrument long distance. I'm a customer for life. Thanks guys. WMS"
